Bunkhouse Amenities
- Private bunk with personal outlet, fan, and light to recharge yourself and your electronics
- Bunk includes fresh linens, towels, and loaner clothing
- Free wifi on property
- Continental breakfast (selection varies)
- Laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap are provided
- 2 bathroom units on site. Each bathroom includes toilet, sink, and shower

Private Room

Private room includes its own entrance, comes with television, wifi, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and fresh linens and soap/shampoo. Use of bunkhouse laundry and kitchen area is included.
Farm Policies
We are a local, family-run establishment on a property with a private residence. We want to ensure that all of our guests have a fabulous stay with us and ask that all visitors observe a few basic rules.
- Please do not smoke near the alpaca or in the bunkhouse/communal areas
- “Quiet Hours” are between 9pm and 6am, please be respectful to other guests
- In order to observe quiet hours, last load of laundry should be started no later than 8PM
- Do not enter alpaca fields without a guide
- Rowdy, drunken, or lewd behavior will not be tolerated at any time
- If line drying, please use the provided laundry line. Do not place wet tents/gear along fence line or porch railing
While we do our best to create a personalized stay for all our guests, we are a small, family-run business and may not be able to accommodate all requests. Reservations are highly encouraged. We thank you for your understanding.
